Jackal is a two armor, two speed attacking operator released in Operation Velvet Shell. Jackal’s special ability/gadget is his Eyenox scanner. This gadget is able to scan footprints of defenders and display their location with a ping. Jackal is great for hunting roamers and gathering intel to put the defenders at a disadvantage.
Hibana is the attacker released in Operation Red Crow. Hibana is a three speed, one armor who is equipped with her X-Kairos grenade launcher. This grenade launcher is able to shoot pellets at reinforced wall and they blow open a whole in the wall; these pellets act like Thermite’s charge. Hibana is great for creating new lines of sight and new entry points into the objective.
Capitão is a three speed, one armor operator released in Operation Skull Rain. He is equipped with his tactical crossbow that is able to fire two flammable bolts and two smoke grenade bolts. Capitão is great for either preventing a defender push with his flame bolts or block lines of sight with his smoke grenade bolts.
Blackbeard is an attacking operator who was released in Operation Dust Line. He is a two armor, two speed operator who is equipped with his Rifle Shield. This gadget is able to be placed on his gun and provides protection from bullets directed for his head. Blackbeard is not really a team player as his gadget only applies to him, but a Blackbeard who knows what he doing can win you the round or the match.
Buck is the first Year 1 DLC attacker released with operation Black Ice. From this point on, every operator released has been released by DLC. Buck is a two speed, two armor attacker who is equipped with his Skeleton Key gadget. This gadget is like Sledge’s hammer, but in a firearm form. His gadget is able to open up lines of sight and paths from soft walls. Buck is great for surprising the defenders from an unexpected angle.
IQ is a three speed, one armor attacking operator that was released with the base game. IQ is equipped with her “Spectre” device which is able to display the location of electronic gadgets when deployed. IQ is great for destroying gadgets that would otherwise hinder the attackers advance on the objective.
Blitz is an original medium speed, medium armor attacker in the game. He is equipped with his Flash Shield which is able to emit a bright flash and blind the defenders. Blitz is great for confusing the defenders and giving the attackers an advantage.
Fuze is an original operator that is three armor, one speed attacker. His special gadget is his APM-6 cluster charge. This device is able to fire explosives into a room and is useful for clearing out rooms. With teamwork and coordination, the attackers could have a serious advantage. Just be careful using this operator on the game mode hostage…
Glaz is an original two armor, two speed attacker. Glaz’ special gadget is his HDS Thermal Flipsight that is mounted to his marksman rifle. Glaz can be a one man army, but with teamwork and coordination; Glaz can be a very essential operator for holding down an angle.
Montagne or as players call him ‘Monty,’ is a heavy armored, light speed operator that was included in the original release of the game. Monty’s special gadget is his Le Roc extendable shield. His shield is able to be unextended to a smaller frame for better mobility for the player, but his shield is able to extend the the width of a doorway which is useful for blocking off enemy flanks and protecting teammates.
